Bought ps4 12 month access for online and a 50 dollar gift card for ps4 store and they said they would email me access codes which never were emailed to me after I called customer service 4 times and couldn't understand 1 person I talked to so I finally asked for my refund which I did get but during all of this I purchased a refurbished ps4 from best buy online and I got it in the mail b4 Christmas but on christmas day my kids open it and go plug it in and it does Not work. really best buy?Iv spent alot of money with this company yrs ago and I guess I won't be buying the 75" tv I just looked at up there,I'll take my business somewhere else.
Best Buy is my go-to place for home electronics...The sales staff at the Tingle Circle location in Mobile is friendly, efficient and cheerful. The prices and products are great...what more could you ask for?
Try and get someone to answer the phone for over an hour!!!! I have called the geek squad, sales, product, install, the store directly and no one has simple answes! I was going to BUY and have them INSTALL a nav gps in deck system and keyless, remote entry, alarm system but not now!!!! Best Buy transferred me to some aut insurance company one time and then to a doctors office another time!!!!!! I can not even explain the anger I have right now for Best Buy!
I have used best buy for years when it first opened at the Springdale mall. But today when I purchased a new cell phone and TRUSTED them to transfer my contacts they lost a customer. When I realized some contacts were missing later I tried to put my old SIM in and found it was cut up to fit this other phone. I wasn't asked,I wasn't told but instead had to discover myself. As a customer I feel that's pretty crappy to not inform or ask before you just handle something like that. What if it cut the whole thing? Lost a long time customer. And I will take that survey...
Went in inquiring about a $1k+ PC purchase, as I was looking into transitioning into PC gaming from console.
