It's pricey and doesn't always have everything you're looking for but they will get it for you and the service is better than anywhere else in town with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
I had been here a few years ago and was not impressed. Last night I went with my husband to look at fish tanks. Everyone was very helpful. There was one man I think his name was Mr Bill he helped us on everything. I couldn't make up my mind on what fish to get and he walked us around and answered all of my questions. He definitely made the experience easy and fun.
My first time in a real pet store and my experience was great. We had a dedicated team member helping us and she was very knowledgeable about helping us pick out the items for our aquarium. She was also extremely patient. My husband, Kids and I are definitely returning again.
I love this place! I have bought fish, birds, and more at this store and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought a Senegal parrot a couple weeks ago and it is so friendly. It has a couple of bites here and there but is the sweetest most talkative thing coming from a bird owner of 6. The fish are healthy and are still living. I love their reward program it helps so much! Since I go frequently I get rewards like 10-30 dollars off my purchases! I have never been more pleased with a pet store and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I love this store. I like the staff, and they are pretty up-to-date on everything. One time I had a staff member even take out a chinchilla just so we could touch it; he knew we were not going to buy it he just wanted us to be able to pet one since we never had. This is the only store I will even consider buying my fish from. This is a family-owned, local business as well, not a chain. My only complaint is that there is not a location any where else!
