Friendly people and reasonable supplies but the prices are high and check expiration dates. I found several bags of parrot food that were over a year out of date.

Plus, the staff here is great. The store is always impeccably clean and there's always someone around to help.
Christy is amazing and always has a great recommendation for products. She suggested a toy, which my cats adore, and she knows all about the food products. I buy Purina ProPlan for my cats and, yes, it's a bit on the pricey side but my cats are worth it. I have found that Pet Supplies Plus has comparable everyday prices to competitors like PetSmart BUT Pet Supplies Plus consistently has better sales and they offer them more often.
Let's face it, having pets is expensive any way you slice it. You're going to spend the money anyway. You might as well spend it somewhere that has an awesome staff of people who seem like they genuinely enjoy working there and helping people find what they need.
A little pricey but the best service in town. They carry top quality products.
