We’ve used both the boarding & grooming services. The staff is so good with the pets. They just love them! The pet motel is clean & you can bring your dog’s favorite blanket and/or bed. Our dog is clean, ears clean, toenails painted, & a pretty kerchief on when we pick her up. She’s older & doesn’t really like going to vets etc but she loves going to Lola Belle’s!
The employees are always courteous and professional. My dogs are not scared of anyone there which tells me they are treated well. They always look great when I pick them
My shih tzu, Cookie was an owner surrender and she was horribly matted, filthy and just not anywhere near presentable. She didn't even look like a dog when I brought her in. The grooming price was extremely affordable, and they gave her a total transformation. I'm so elated with the staff, service, and pricing. Cookie's entire demeanor has changed for the better, you can tell she's happy and feels a lot better. I will be coming on a regular basis.
These people are the best. They take care of my pets as if it was their own. This is the only place I will board my fur babies. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. They always do an amazing job grooming them. I recommend them to people all the time.
