If you're looking for a real spa/ salon experience this isn't the place to go. Listen to the bad reviews on here, even the ones from years ago; they seem to match my experience pretty well.
I had SNS with Selena, she was rude, inattentive, messy, and rushed. My nails were unevenly filed and she flooded my nail with top coat without cleaning it up after. The entire staff seemed lost and overwhelmed with the amount of clientele in the shop. The entire place is small, cluttered and messy. Save your self the trip and look for the better rated nail salons out there. The only reason I came here was because the Royal Day Spa was booked. Never again.

I got SNS done here because my usual place was booked. Even though Nina was a sweetheart and very deligent, it still wasn't enough to look past my uneven nails. Their methods are dated, which I'm sure has to do with the dated staff.
The best nail salon in Mobile, IMO. I could not ask for a friendlier or more professional staff. No need request a specific manicurist.
