If I were to rate their services based on one attendant, I would lower their rating. She's rude every time I go. However, that would not be fair to the ENTIRE rest of the staff! Fiona is absolutely adorable and gives wonderful pedicures. The spa is lovely, the whirlpool/quiet room is divine, and the pool is my favorite place to relax in the summer!
Wonderful spa. However, there is no area that is gender neutral. So, do not plan to book with your spouse to enjoy the day together. Everything will be separate. ☹️ There is no warning online.
Made reservations. Did not get gender message therapist requested. Spa experience was not very enjoyable. Entire spa experience seemed rushed. Too expensive for the service. Called to inform them of issues, only response was 'we'll give you 20% discount next time' not actually acknowledging the issues. This is a odd review compared to all the others, but wouldn't have posted if we didn't get 'we could care less' response to our issues.
We recently had a girls day at this spa. We had manicures and pedicures. During both my manicure and pedicure the staff member attending to me was very rushed and rough. He was so rough on my cuticles I actually had scans form around them. During my manicure I was not given the warm gloves. During my pedicure my feet soaked about five minutes, he then did the callus scrub on both feet and painted my toes... that was it. A fifteen minute pedicure, no scrub, no lotion... nothing! To top it off my "long lasting gel polish" that I was charged $10 extra for barely lasted a week! Such a bummer considering between three of us our bill was $400. We would have had better quality at a local nail salon.
I was not approached for services when I was looking around the gift shop. The services seemed to expensive for what they offered.
