Love this place! The atmosphere is comfortable and professional. All the ladies are friendly but I especially love Nena.
AWFUL! Inexperienced!! I went and had my lash extensions done today. It was my first time and I was so excited. The girl who did them must have NEVER seen faux eyelashes before in her life. She put the lashes underneath the lashline... Meaning, the incredibly unnatural individual eyelashes don't curl up into my eyelid, they are hanging in my eye. To make it worse, she didn't have the removal for the lashes. SO SHE STARTED PLUCKING THEM OUT. I called someone else who is charging me $50 to remove them. She said that's the third call she'd gotten today to remove eyelashes that this place has done.
Nena is great! She always does an amazing job! Very courteous, the salon is clean! I will continue to go for my eyebrows!!
I have been getting my face threaded with Nena since December 2010!! They are awesome! Definitely worth your time and money!
Management of this establishment (Nena) is arguementative and loud. I expressed a dislike for my eyebrows to the young lady who did my eyebrows. The Manager (Nena) jumped into the conversation and began to yell. She was the only one hostile. The young lady and I were just discussing how to fix my eyebrows and she jumped in the conversation yelling. I will NEVER return. Very Unprofessional!!!
