We bought a 2016 Sienna there last December. The buying process went smoothly and easily. We asked specifically about tires and they told us the tires were new and had to have a certain tread depth to pass inspection. Now less than a year later we are being told that we have to replace all 4 tires because they are completely bald. When I called back to Palmer to ask what the tread depth was they said they hadn't actually marked it down just checked it off. I asked for the service records and found out that there were tire issues in October before we purchased that were patched up but no new tires. I could be wrong, but I feel like I was taken advantage of. I feel like they either didn't check the depth of the tread and said they did or they knew there were issues and just didn't address them. I shouldn't have to buy 4 new tires on my vehicle this soon.
I took my 4-runner into Palmer's Airport Toyota today for maintenance and to be detailed. As always there customer service was excellent. The detailing team did a great job. It looks brand new again. This is why I drive 30 minutes out of my way to use Palmer's.
Gail Chadwick, my wife, and I spent several hours with Mr. David Parnell. He patiently explained the financial pros and cons of a hybrid system vs. a comparable high-mileage gas-powered vehicle. Then once we had decided on a RAV4 hybrid, he spent another hour with us on the road, making sure we newbies knew enough about charging the battery to successfully get us home. As a parting gesture he smiled and handed us 10 lbs of manuals, confident that we would have plenty of stimulating reading before we drifted off to Toyota dreamland. Thanks, David. You take your job seriously, with a wide Irish grin, and you do it well. You're a personable and capable representative of the Palmer/Toyota team.
