Staff was quick, nice, and straight to the point.. And I hate going to the sprint stores back in Texas.. They changed my perspective..

Don't waste your time with this store. The Store Manager at this location doesn't even know Sprint's own return policy, which is right on the Sprint website. When I called Sprint Customer Service to straighten it out, they suggested I go back in the store, and show her the "Sprint Returns Policy" page on their website? Uh, not my job to train their employees. Some companies are just too poorly run to do business with. Sprint sucks.
