attrocious. I have been trying to deal with this compaby for over 2 weeks. We bought "new" furniture that was delivered torn, full of staples that werr protruding from the arms, a torn underside the loveseat and had glue on them. I posted photos to facebook, someone asked for my contact info. I sent it h waited almost a week. I got a phone call from Gordon Bond. I returned it & waited almost a week. Still no return call. It wasnt until I threatened this review that I got the email I asked for. A one sentence review staring "what may I help you with". I responded and here we are 2 days later, with no response. They run their company horribly, dont stabd behind their product & dont care about the customers
Great Staff and Great Service, until you decide that you no longer need the merchandise and have to Request a Refund!!! Never expected that i would have to wait well over a month for my Refund to come in the mail from Corporate. When the refund policy clearly states checks take anywhere from 12 to 14 days to arrive. And then when you call the store and ask where on Earth is your check all they can tell you is that Its In Route!!! What boggles my mind the most is, Why?? Would such a profitable company not send you back your refund through priority mail... Why wouldn't they have a tracking number on your money to know where it is when they have exceeded your days of waiting? Why are they telling you to keep patiently waiting when all they have to do is send you another check?? So how do they know its in Route? THEY DONT!! I see this happening to more and more people. These companies are taking advantage of its customers, and i consider it a punishment for cancelling my order that they aren't taking every step to expedite the situation & see where my Refund Check is. I HAVE BILLS THAT CAN BE PAID WITH THAT MONEY!! It makes no sense to have to consider Small Claims Court & reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. But if thats what it takes for them to cooperate, that is exactly what will Happen!!!

Bottom line Is i will never buy furniture from this place again. I was trying to get the $398 deal and ended up paying almost $600 for a better package. They told us to show up early to pick our set out. When we got there, there was no furniture and they told us to come back at 4. When we returned at 4 they said the delivery was wrong and that they only received the love seats and no couches. This rude guy named Phillip (who is loud, try's to talk over you and likes to act like he's the boss) offered me an "free" upgrade to the $498 set but wanted to charge me $30 extra for the upgrade. Then he wanted to charge me $100 to deliver when he originally said $85. The only nice worker there that I met was Lori. But unless your on a budget don't buy here bc they are a rip off.

The salesman John was extremely rude to me. I saw a grey sectional online for $298 I thought would be perfect for my small apartment. He kept on and on pushing me towards the sofas that ran $498. I asked him if he could order it for me and he told me to check back with them in a couple of months that they may have it then. I saw one of the sofas in the back wrapped in plastic that was advertised online for $298. He saw me looking at it and got mad. As he was walking towards me, he said if I wanted to be in the warehouse I could fill out an application and get a name tag. ( there was not a sign anywhere in the building that said do not enter ). I'm actually kind of happy John was so rude to me, because I took my business to Aaron's where I got treated with respect.
