Gave a delivery time and could not meet the time as promised. Definitely will never buy from this company again. Cannot even reach the delivery people in order to find out when delivery will take place. The third party delivery were unreachable as were the drivers delivering the furniture. Please take your business elsewhere. Did not even deserve the 1 star given. There was very little communication between delivery people and the customer, and absolutely none between the store and the delivery drivers. They had no way of contacting them. You need to change delivery companies. It makes RTG look horrible.

After looking at almost every furniture store in Mobile, Rooms to Go had some of the trendiest furniture made with great quality at very reasonable prices. I loved that when I walked in, I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed any help without being harassed. The purchase process was easy.
Had a fantastic experience during and after our visit. Furniture buying went very well, they have a great selection of beds and furniture. Delivery of our bed went as planned and the delivery men were on time.
The one thing that prevent me from giving them 5 stars, is how long it takes for you to actually receive your furniture. The furniture you see in the store, isn't actually available for you to leave with that day. It took 2 weeks for me to get my sofas and tables, and a month to get 2 lamps.
Friendly informative sales guy who wasn't pushy. Lots of great stuff in the showroom. Prices are pretty reasonable.
