We were going to purchase more flooring here. We asked about us hand loading and were told multiple times they load with fork lift. AFTER purchasing the flooring we were told to sign a waiver for any damage they cause to my truck! This should have been mentioned within the last hour not AFTER the purchase. I would have preferred hand loading myself or not wasting my time. I said no I wanted a refund. Manager approved with out a problem but the only way the male could have been any more rude would be to cuss or hit me. The cashiers aren't trained in customer service either. The guys working on the floor in the flooring area were extremely nice and helpful but the management and company policies are not worth any savings offered. I'll pay more elsewhere for customer service and decency.
so much more than salvage. this place has furniture, accessories, rugs, etc. we were pleasantly surprised. we have driven by many times. glad we finally stopped in.
They have a lot of stuff but its alit of the same stuff. Their prices on tile is really good. Nut limited options. Can't say to much about people that work there because no one ever checked to see of I needed anything.
This is one of my favorite places to check first whenever I am taking on a home improvement project. There are lots of great deals on things like flooring, bathroom treatments, cabinetry, etc. For example, I purchased 70 square feet of gorgeous ceramic tile for my front porch for only 29 cents per square.
Always find unique items here. The employees are always helpful. You never know what deal will be inside.
