My son go to atlapointe every three months and Everytime the the ladies at the front desk says he not in the computer hell they the ones gave me the appointment and when I call the young lady said I don't see his name in the computer I said I have my son appointment card very freaky unprofessional and rude I do not like them at all feeling annoyed this happen everytime I take him
One of the women there is kind of rude but most all of the staff are nice and friendly. You have to follow rules and stuff of course like every other place.
