I've been one of Dr. Kleinpeter's patients for 7 years now, one of the nicest , caring doctors I've ever met. Now, the front desk is not as bad as I've seen in other places, but I do feel as though they need to show more care and concern considering A: it's an OBGYN office B: It's a catholic/christian based establishment ( sympathy & compassion ) and C: professionalism in the medical field. I've known many women to come to this office for their obgyn needs, with hardly ANY complaints! Thank you all for what you do for Mobile and surrounding areas, and God bless!
Doctors are rude and nasty!! Gave false results and said everything was fine.. two days later the office calls and said i need a biopsy!!! I was so confused and not very happy that i was LIED to. I talked to the doctor and asked her why she said everything was fine then two days later, i need a biopsy, she responded with "they have a lot of patients and they are overwhelmed." Good answer huh? Then i told her she shouldn't give false hope to people without having all the test results back. She said, "don't tell me how to do my job and hung up the phone." Well LADY, this is MY LIFE YOU ARE PLAYING WITH!! She needs to be fired and NEVER work with people again!! They don't care about people here.. the next day my paper work and files were sent to me and i was banned.. I fired that gyno in the first place but how to u ban someone from the office when YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SCREWED UP???!! LOL I wouldnt have went back anyway.. horrible experience and horrible doctors. The office staff was amazing but the doctors suck and dont care about u.. YOU ARE JUST ANOTHER NUMBER AT THIS OFFICE!!
The receptionist was nice, but that's where the positives stop. Was told to be there 20mins early for new patient paperwork. Got there 30mins early, then wasn't called to even fill out paperwork for 30mins. 5mins to fill that out, then 20mins more until I got called back... to another waiting room! Waited over an hour back there & not sure I would've been seen that soon if I hadn't been in such pain that I went into the nurses station to ask how much longer it'd be. The 2 nurses were talking to the doctor I was supposed to be seeing, who was reading something on an iPad. "Oh yeah, you were going to be called next!" one nurse said brightly. Really? They put me in a small exam room but didn't give me any instruction & I never know when to strip & when they'll want to talk first. The doctor (very sweet, but looked like a recent college grad) came in STILL looking at the iPad. Was it my medical info? Was it Facebook? I'll never know. After 2 hours of waiting, the exam took about 4 minutes. Doc said I'd get the test results back the next day. Didn't hear from anyone, so I called. Twice. Got a call back two days later & they said the test results would be back the NEXT day. Didn't hear from anyone again & now it's a week later & I'm ticked because I have to start this process all over again. Don't waste your time here.
I have been going to Mobile OBGYN for 22 years and I've always received excellent care. I had my 2 children with them and my hysterectomy along with some other problems I had. They were always there for me with my breast issues during my bad mammograms and just everything. But now that I have had to move due to military reasons, I can't get a soul to return my call to get my records moved. I can't believe it. After 22 years of loyal service and not even a phone call. I've complained to the front desk and they assured me it would be taken care of but still no phone call. This sucks!!! Shame on them!!!
I love mobile obgyn they are great and dr plessala is an awesome Doctor
