Don't expect to ever have a call returned. Not happening. They don't listen to what their patients tell them.
There is a bunch of ghetto girls there! They was playing, cussing and not working. They 4got to call my medicine in to the pharmacy! There was this one girl who pretended to be my doctor. She said she was going to be treating me. Moving forward after I told her what my issue was she then stated she wasn't my doctor. I was upset and embarrassed. I wouldn't have shared my medical issue with her unless she was the nurse or doctor. Unprofessional and she violated my hippa rights!!!
Heather hatley not a dr. She is a nurse practitioner she was good in the beginning then she turn mean to me thats what makes people want to choose a different dr. Office than a health department.
I thought off broad Street was the worst board of health but they are really terrible here, u call and set a appointment and still don't get seen till 2 in a half hours later. Them young girls are just up there to get a check everyone just sitting around talking no one want to work, it was a good place to be when it first open they were getting u in and out that is why I stayed but now I am gonna change my kids doctors
They hang up on you. The nurses are rude. The referrals are never correct. The wait time is always an hour or longer.
