Went there to drop off my glasses and the lady there was very rude didn't want to help me bc they close at 5 and it was 4:45. I have a crack in them. Told me to come back another day, it jist so happens that their computers were down and they couldn't do anything for me. Very unprofessional. They would rather talk to each other than to help you, because of the fact you have low income.
Unprofessional, and sent me all over the city just to get treated for pink eye
I had a great expierence here. I needed a breast examine but I am on Medicaid so I was limited to where I could go. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I see myself using them in the future and recommending them.
Very negative dental staff and definitely willing to deny you prior to knowing the issue. Not at all worried about the clients pain and discomfort. Very judgemental (80% of staff) hopefully bayou la batre office is better!
I m a father of a 13 year old son and the young ladies that work in pediatrics are rude i went in to get my son blue card for school the young lady did not give it to me because she said he is missing a shot they don't suppose to with hold the blue card i don't know why i m i writing this review i m piss off and everythime i make my son appt they always say sorry. Sir leroy spencer is not in the computer now everbody knows you have to make appt at the front desk
