The assistant manager is a great guy and musician and knows what he is talking about and customer service is great haven't had an issue yet and anytime we ever had trouble getting a payment in theve always worked with us and I bought a guitar amp from there at a fair price and had some minor issues with it they gave me no trouble with returning it and putting my cash towards something else that caught my eye but great place great people
I was in need of some quick cash, I found this place (Capital Pawn) and decided to give it a try. they lent me a fair amount of money for my item. then I had a emergency and had to move 6 hours away! Brad and Alan helped me get threw this rough patch I was going threw. 5* for BRAD n ALAN!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
It is disappointing they don't buy purses or cell phones anymore due to so many knock offs & people pawning cell phones & then reporting them "stolen".
They always have new things coming out daily.
