Got a new Seiko watch for Christmas and it was a little too big. I had to get a few links taken out of the bracelet so I took it to Elliott's where I see a big Seiko sign on the corner of the building every day. The people were super nice and friendly, the atmosphere was family worthy, and the service was ultra fast and at an affordable price. My only regret was not getting the watch from them because of what great people they seem to be.
Very friendly staff. Went there to have the band for my wife's new watch adjusted. They had it done in 10 minutes. Great service.
