There are okay I had one issue last year. I returned a bracelet and the lady gave me a new bracelet on exchange. But, I never knew how much the exchange was? She didnt tell me. She concealed the price. That was sneaky. I am sure I lost money bc she did not tell me the price. And also, I have a bracelet that broke like 3 times, and they wanted me to ay shipping for it. What? Thats not right. My husband is always buying jewelry but I told him don't go back there.

After a horrible experience at Adam's jewelry. Took my ring to get fixed at Lou's and the whole family was very knowledgeable and helpful. They couldn't repair the invisible princess cut diamond in my ring. But Mr. Tim did not let me leave out his door until he found someone in Mobile to repair my ring for me. He referred me to Hayes jewelry. I mean literally they called all around Mobile for a jeweler to repair my ring. Something I felt Adams should've done. I will definitely be spending my money with Lou's in the near future. They have gorgeous jewelry, and they stand behind there warranties!
Is it possible to be in love with a business?? Because I am! I live 4 hours away and will gladly make this drive just to do business with Lou's. My engagement ring, wedding band, and finance's wedding band have all come from here. They shipped us the rings and checked in on us to assure that they were delivered and fit right. When I go to visit, I always stop by so they can clean my rings and check up on the prongs! Such a great family!
