Local service was excellent, ......out of state no., horrible communications. Over billed. No local communication available at all. Just computers.
This service was the most inept, dysfunctional service I've ever used.

The people who answer the phones do not know what they are talking about. They quote the wrong prices, and then overcharged my card. I ended up paying nearly $300 dollars for one month rental. I complained but it did no good. Buyer beware. Once they get your card number they do what they want regardless of what they quoted you on the phone. Disgraceful.
