John, the manager, was soooo helpful! He held 2 units for me to choose from and was waiting with the door open on my moving day! He had everything ready and personally showed the movers where and how to access my unit during which I was able to finish paperwork in the office, cutting down on time and thus saved me money! He even gave me a discount on my first month in addition to prorating the rent! The unit was clean and easy to lock! I could not be happier or feel more secure!
This facility is clean, convenient, reasonably priced, and John is very helpful! If we ever need storage space again, we will definitely use Storage Max in Midtown.
