I had to change 3 rooms in a one night stay.
I will attempt to stay with y'all 1 more time and see if the morning desk clerk has been replace for the betterment of your property.
I've stay in hotels all across this country and Canada for 36 years.
It's a shame! I am from Mobile and during the evacuation of Hurricane Irma, I was out getting dinner for my family and ran into this older couple in there 80's trying to find a room. I let them follow me back to my house so I can get on line to help them. I called this hotel and ask them if they had any rooms. They asked me "How much are you willing to pay?' You don't do that! They ended up charging this couple $150 for a night. when the web sight has $89. This is price gouging at it's best. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

When I was leaving I asked the clerk who called my room and woke me up. She replayed "I did, I was returning your call". THAT is a damn lie. I was sleeping.
Room 315 heater does not work (Dec 27 2017).
Again, your night clerk and your property were incredible times 100%.
All I asked was not to be woken up early.
I walked into a very nice, clean, spacious room, THANK you.
But the morning clerk comes up with a "F".
PLEASE check you phone records. No one else was in my room with me that could have made a call to the front desk. Plus the flipper thing was flipped so no one could get in my room.
The night desk clerk was amazing and had everything ready for my arrival. He also allowed me to check out @ 12 noon. He was very nice.
However, @ 11am 10.13.2017 the house phone rang (WAKING ME UP).
I was impressed with this hotel. The staff shows that they care about the quality of your stay. The woman who ran the breakfast bar was amazing! Out check-in was fast and efficient. The person at the desk had our keys and paperwork all ready so it took no time at all. The was a terrible smell in the elevator on our way to the room but by the time we got back on (20 minutes later approximately) it was gone. The room was comfortable and clean. I usually have a difficult time sleeping in hotels but not here. The hot breakfast provided lots of yummy options, was kept filled with good options (scrambled eggs, two kinds of sausage, hot biscuits, grits and more) and there were great cold options and waffles too. If I'm back in town I'll definitely stay here. Oh yea, the price was on point too!
Poorly maintained rooms, dirty bathrooms, hairs and crumbs every where. If you have a kid and want to use the sofa bed you are out of luck they are broken missing springs and the mattresses have springs popping out. This hotel has potential but it needs management.
Room 314 is by the mechanical room and elevator (stay away from it).
Room 316 has a jacuzzi that makes my review a 2 star because my 11 year old loved it.
I'm a bus driver and required to sleep. So I ask you, is the morning clerk , management and Comfort suites liable today if I loose control of my bus due to fatigue and her waking me up?
Excellent service. Very clean and comfortable rooms. I would stay here anytime. Convinent to shops and eats. Just 10 minutes to cruise terminal. Secure lighting in parking lot. Great breakfast bar in the morning as well.
I'm trying to find a hotel that would respect it's guess. I tried y'all on 10.12.2017 and all was awesome until 11am.
I have been in customer service for 36 years. I ask you, will a proven liar steal for the company and clients? You have employed a liar and she is very bad for business...
I asked him what I needed to do so I would not be waken up. He made a special not to pass on and advised me to put the do not disturb in the sign on my door.
Can someone check internal phone log and catch her lying to a paying customer. She is 110% a liar. "I was sleeping, I never called to the front desk. She is lying. I can provide you with a voice recording of your conversation and her lying to the face of a paying customer.
