The Hostess helped us by upgrading our room. The building is more beautiful and still photos can not do it justice. Fort Condé Inn is hidden and, a the same time, well placed downtown. I will be adding more after our stay tonight.
Loved it so much we extended our stay a night! So many reviews rave about the breakfast, and that was a true HIGHLIGHT! Chef Robbie Dickinson was both personable and efficient. We made it a purpose to try all his offerings. There were several patrons dining on separate days, but he always remembered what we had tried the day before- and how we liked it. I added grits to my meal almost daily- yes, they were that good!
We stayed in a carriage house room, it was very comfortable, clean, and met all our needs.
Had a wonderful stay at this unique inn located in downtown Mobile. The beds were delicious and ever so comfortable. The staff was so accommodating and made the stay that much more pleasant. I will definitely be back.
We would love to return in the future.
This place is awesome! The furniture is fancy and gorgeous. The building is the second oldest house in Mobile so I love the history. And the people who work here are so friendly. It's a great romantic place. We were also able to have a nice walk from the hotel to a nice restaurant. So it is all amazing.
All in all- this is definitely worth the money!
Stayed overnight and walked to the cruise port. Top of the line all the way. Breakfast was amazing.
