I’ve worked at this place with shay and her husband Brandon!! She would always accused her husband of sleeping around with the workers!! Made it hard to work .. but I decided to leave and let the world know !! They have bed bugs bad!! She’s not a people person nor friendly at all!! Don’t waste your money on this place...place is nasty.. lose 7 employees in one day !! Something is wrong with this picture.. need new management.. I’m not going to stop until something has changed for the guest that can’t speak because being scare of been put out.. quana Make sure she pay you for your troubles.. congrats on your front desk job..keep me posted on you know who !! Your always welcome if this job doesn’t work!
This place is a joke the staff is horrible. The front desk manager is disgusting all she does is sit and eat and when a customer comes in she's got grease all over her face. These people they have for staff including housekeeping are jokes with the exception of Kim at front desk and Ms Pat in housekeeping. Then there is "Regional" Chris and Sharon OMG there are not enough words to describe these people. Being at this motel is like going to a freak show. Chris from regional, OMG where do I start I have seen homeless people that are better dressed and with better people skills. Then there's Sharon OMG just damn right hysterical. I will be shocked if this place is still up and running within the year. Then "REGIONAL" will tell you if you contact corporate you will be put off of the property asap. This Mary at the front desk is rude, disrespectful, and very messy. Always stirring the pot, pitting one guest against the other. It is the saddest thing I've ever seen. I give this place a 0. The room that we were in when we moved in there was old moldy food in the dresser roaches and ants everywhere. I went to front and I wasn't offered a different room I was told that they would get housekeeping to take care if it the next day. I could go in for days. Just don't stay at this retched place
The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because of the front desk clerk was polite to my family
I am impressed with the new management. They are addressing issues that have been ignored. Guest issues are immediately resolved. The progress and initiative is impressive and appreciated. we have been here for a year due to work and this is the first time we have met management..and feel we are guests ..Thank you
Its alright. Price is ok for situation in in. Manager and husband are on some kind of power trip. They try to run this place like boot camp. We are not kids. Different treatment for different people. Some people can have vicious dogs and threaten others but because of who he is nothing is done. Not sure why a viscous animal is allowed in motel. Employees clean out rooms and only give to there favorites. Clothes food, household items.
