Demetria our cleaning service specialist was absolutely Fabulous. We always had a clean room and when we had an issue with our cable it was taken care of immediately. My stay was excellent. Anyone wants a great stay in Mobile, come here.
Breakfast could be better and the oatmeal should be reheated on an appropriate container vice a plastic bag. It does not seem safe to eat with plastic under heat. Not all bathroom amenities were set as mine had a missing shampoo bottle. Otherwise, room was clean and friendly staff.
Decent hotel. Room was spacious and clean, but had a musty odor. Breakfast was so-so. Needed new waffle maker, as they were sticking horribly. Internet was intermittent. Can hear noise from the freeway, but didn't bother us. Pool was cloudy, so we didn't use it. Friendly staff.
Melissa the assistant general manager was very kind upon checkin, well spoken, knowledgeable, professional, kept a smile on her face with positive energy oozing. The next morning at breakfast I saw her emptying the trash. Really? She’s an assistant manager. I’ll come back just because she’s humble. Great job Mel!. In addition, Brittany the server during breakfast was very sweet, with a southern charm you don’t find these days. Her joyous spirit and willingness to ensure I had everything I needed was refreshing. She’s a young lady and it was great knowing that this pedigree is alive and well. Thanks girls. Asa doctor and a businessman I know the value of having this type representation for your business when you’re not there.
We always stay here during our trips to Mobile. It is one of the better places in the area to stay. they have a great staff
