The staff here was extremely nice and helpful. We were stuck here waiting on a cruise during hurricane Nate. If I could give 12 stars I would and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit downtown Mobile. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in over the years the staff here was probably the nicest and most helpful that I have ever experienced. My hats off to all of these guys they have done and do an exceptional job.
This is one of the nicest, cleanest, friendliest establishments that I have ever had the pleasure of spending time at. I actually wished that we had left earlier, and gotten there a day earlier so we could have spent another day there... Just a great place to stay...
Where to begin. Ariel is the sweetest person in the world. I was so happy to meet her, she was nice, patient and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing, there were so much to choose from and let me not forget the room. The room was clean, and so comfy. The bed and shower were both amazing and I was so happy to have so many channels to choose from on TV. This will now be my go to hotel when I am in Mobile. I am now a Hampton Inn fan. Also I loved that the hotel was in walking distant of so many places of things I wanted to see.
Nice convenient place right in the heart of Downtown Mobile. The hotel was very clean. Had free breakfast in the mornings. Free coffee and free food offer during the day. Only downfall is $9 a day for parking. There's a Jimmy John's sandwich restaurant in the lobby.
I stayed here for a work conference. It was extremely convenient as it was directly across the street from the venue. I never had to drive anywhere during my stay. My room was fabulous. The beds and pillows we're so very sorry and comfortable. The space was equally incredible. As the fact that it was perfectly clean, it honestly didn't feel like a hotel stay. The staff were kind and helpful. Everyone seemed truly interested in making my stay the best ever. I've started at so many hotels from every quality level imaginable and this tanks up the with the best. My company paid for the room, but if I'd had to pay for it, the price was so reasonable that I wouldn't have argued at all. I 100% guarantee that I will stay here again next year for this conference. If they move venues 20 or 30 minutes away, I'm still staying here. You just don't find the perfect place to stay like this often at all.
