The hotels system has been down for nearly 2 months. Some of my coworkers and I were charged twice for stays during that time and it's been extremely difficult to get refunded quickly. The bar is rarely stocked with sufficient quantities of alcoholic beverages and the dinner menu is quite short compared to other Holiday Inns i have stayed in. With that said, it is a nice hotel and the staff is friendly. I hope they can get things moving in the right direction soon
I stayed here November 12th 2017. Absolutely the worst stay I've ever had at any hotel. I only booked this Hotel because it has a indoor pool, but the heater wasn't working. They booked my room after I had already checked in and another family walked in on me. Once that was fixed I no longer had access to my room because they kill all the key cards without saying anything. So again, back down to the front desk. Complaining at check out doesn't do anything. They just want you gone. Save yourself a headache and stay elsewhere.
This Holiday Inn is tucked away right off the freeway, very unassuming and you won’t find it unless you know exactly where you’re going. First impression is great; the lobby is clean & visually appealing. The front desk employees were pleasant, helpful, and professional. The restaurant looked nice, but the prices are a bit high. The elevators were clean/in working condition. We stayed on the second floor and upon exiting the elevator, all was still well. Upon entering the hallway, the carpet seemed to be in need of a shampoo. At first glance, the room seemed clean and nice, but there was long female hair on the bathroom floor. The side of the sink was dusty and had cobwebs. There was no smell, but when I pulled back the covers to inspect the sheets, I found more long hair. In my opinion, you’re paying more than what you should to stay here.
This location was much cleaner then other holiday Inns in the south. But I wasn’t happy that the cleaning crew tried to enter my room while I was in the shower. Even though my do not disturb was on the door. Fortunately I had the security lock on. Also no buffet was offered but I preferred a fresh cooked meal so I didn’t mind that. Computer machine was down again so I had to pay in the lobby at the front desk.
Great hotel. The staff made us feel like they were a part of our trip. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend it.
