This is the most atrocious hotel room I have ever seen, something out of a movie depicting a crack house. My family and I are from South Florida and we reserved this room a few days prior to arriving to evacuate from Hurricane Irma. We drove 17 hours in the gridlocked traffic to arrive at this despicable excuse for an accommodation. As soon as I walked in, the vile and putrid scent of cigarettes, dirtiness, and possibly vomit hit me in the face. I was there with 2 small children and I literally broke down in tears. I spent the next 3 or 4 hours calling hotels and there was nothing for a 300 mile radius due to the evacuations from Florida. The AC vent had muck, mold, and nasty caked on there, and that's what people are breathing in and out when they stay there. There were stains on almost everything, profanity carved into the headboards, pee in the toilet, cigarette burns in all the sheets, the walls had holes, the furniture was all broken, and I'm pretty sure there was vomit on the floor. It was GROTESQUE and I was in desperation, these people should be EXTREMELY ashamed, the room was in complete uninhabitable and **inhumane** conditions and it was a complete INSULT to me and my family who traveled all those hours, wasting all the money time and gas- for safety and shelter. Insult is an understatement. I would not even recommend this place to a homeless person. Without choice or other options we ended up turning around and braving the storm instead, thanks to Jameson Inn. Luckily, we made it through.

Staff has always been very convenient and courteous. Very helpful. If it weren't for the crowds drawn by the red roof inn next door you would never find an empty room. Excellent prices for the location.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Very pleased. Great staff. Great experience. Friendly front desk agent, Mary. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Clean hotel. Good breakfast. A couple dead bugs in the pool (How do you avoid that?). Hot tub is not hot. Paint job is not perfect, but good. Furniture is in good condition. Nice, soft bed. One of the outside lights was flickering, but it was fixed the next day. My friends at the conference spent twice as much as I did for maybe a slightly better room. For the price, this is the best place in town. I would bring my family here.

Comforters had burn holes, bed had someone else's hair in it. Smelled bad. Night desk guy was unfriendly. The deal people were very nice! Good news is, I didn't see any bugs. And the breakfast was decent.

Room was dirty. I really feel someone had already had sex in the room. Phone don't work can't call front desk. There was not a fire alarm on
