I was very impressed. The room was clean, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean. The staff was super we friendly. I had no issues with this hotel at all. The quality was incredible for such the low price. Definitely coming back here.
Nice staff. Spider in the bath tub but we just needed to crash for the night while on a long road trip, not take a soak. Warm, comfortable, and safe.
The staff was top notch. No doubt about it. All of them very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent and the heating worked but a few things could have been easily done to raise the rating. Primarily: More cleaning! With hardwood (or laminate) floors they should be mopped after every visit. After spilling a little water (maybe a teaspoon) I wiped it up with a washcloth. It came back dark brown. The floors were that filthy. Also, the doorway between our adjoining rooms were difficult to open and moldy. Mold could also be seen in the light fixture above the toilet. Next, the TVs in our room were from the 1990's. TVs are cheap now. You could buy some wholesale for around $60 a piece and donate the old ones for a tax write off. Lastly, microwaves are cheap too...
I've always been quite pleased with the rooms and the service. To me, at least, the rooms seem to have just what you need. For example, the beds are very comfortable, the television's fine, there's often a refrigerator in the room, and there's always places to eat within walking distance. I could add other positive aspects, but this pretty well sums it up.
Paper thin wall, i could Join the people's conversation in the adjoint in the Room who were talking at a normal level. The bath tub was filled with water when I walked in, And there was long black hairs on the towels. And literally was a bed spring poking out of the bed.
