We stayed overnight before leaving for our cruise last night! The hotel was close to port; clean and friendly staff. It's a older hotel well I will maintained. We had one issue with the elevator however Brian the assistant general manager took care of the issues right away. Would highly recommend the hotel if you are staying in Mobile.
The rooms where very nice. Felt the history of the place. Staff was fantastic really everyone was so sincere. Highly recommended. I was there for business so did not stray from the hotel. Restaurant was good, food was good, but not great. Again, staff was FANTASTIC!
This is a boutique property with tons of character from the original building. Located in the downtown area it’s super convenient to walk to restaurants and night-life in the area. Front desk staff are all friendly, even the folks greeting you at the front door. I chose to have a quick dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel and Dasha was very kind and attentive. Mary at the front and Brian the Asst. GM were incredibly attentive and informative, and this is the hotel of choice for our company, so I feel confident that I will get a consistent experience every time I, or any of my colleagues stay here. Definitely recommended.
The location was fairly easy to get to and the hotel seemed great. Unfortunately I arrived late and had to leave early, so the nice suite went unused for the most part. I do wish they had handheld shower heads or at least ones with more powerful spray. The shower was FAR too soft for my tastes. The king suite was very spacious, though.
Room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Great experience until we open the door to leave. Standing there in hallway was a man in his underwear urinating in the hall. He finished turned around and walked past us. The front desk clerk could careless. Needless to our last visit.
